Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Full Moon Supplies will accept the return of merchandise only if in saleable condition. If you would like to return a product to Full Moon Supplies for replacement or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Contact page. You must have the original invoice number to refer to.
Due to the increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.
If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Full Moon Supplies will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, Fed Ex, Etc.) will be the responsibility of Full Moon Supplies.
Shipping & Delivery
Full Moon Supplies ships only to the United States, we do not take International orders at this time. Full Moon Supplies ships via the US postal service or FedEx Ground for free shipping options. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Orders are shipped from our distribution center in Massachusetts.
Most orders will usually ship within 48 hours. You are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. These orders are picked up weekday mornings immediately following the day that the order was processed and packaged. This may result in postal orders placed on Friday not being picked up by the USPS until Monday morning, barring holidays or delays.
Privacy & Security
Full Moon Supplies does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails. We use 128 bit SSL encryption to protect confidential data, (e.g. credit card information) during online transactions. Full Moon Supplies does not retain credit card information.
Full Moon Supplies reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
All items sold and distributed by Full Moon Supplies are legal for sale and distribution. However, it is the responsibility of all customers to understand local, regional, and national laws pertaining to the items they purchase, and purchasers are solely responsible for packages lost or destroyed, or any legal action resulting from the purchase of the items that are illegal in their particular region.
Back Order Policy
When any item is put on backorder at Full Moon Supplies, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However, if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we may cancel the missing item from your order and email you with the date (If available) when we expect the item to be available for reorder. If the full original order was $100 or more, you will still receive free shipping.
Payment & Pricing
Full Moon Supplies accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple pay and Diners Club debit and credit cards. Full Moon Supplies is required to charge California sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of California. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time. Prices subject to change without notice.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Full Moon Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Full Moon Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Full Moon Supplies shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

From your "My Account" Dashboard you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. If you're not already logged in, Click "Log in" located at the top right of any page. This will bring you to the "My Account” Dashboard. Choose from the to view orders, edit account info, etc. If you are logged in, click "My Account" at the top right of any page to bring you to the "My Account" Dashboard.
